My XPremium came timely, and it was well padded in the carton, even holding up to the box abuse. I had some initial questions and they answered them, a live person. Found some missing parts, called, and they sent the parts to me immediately, I mean within 3 days. Still awaiting the side mirrors, and they are to come sometime in the near future. But now to the bike. No scratches, looks slick in black, am 70+ so a little heavier than expected, but anticipate carrying in an RV and it folds up nicely and easily. First time with electric bicycle, and I live in hilly area. It has enough power to get me up the hills in PA, and on the flat it does do and maintains a 20 mph. It is fun, and yes the weather is cold so at 20 mph I am freezing when I get there, but no snow yet. I have carried groceries, purchase of WD-40 and picked up my prescription all on my first trip at three separate stores. Laughed at all the cars stuck in traffic as I passed them and when they did pass me, caught them at the next stop light. Again, it is fun. It is a solid bike and like the 4 inch tires, feel more solid on the road. Ride is smooth, and again fun.
Haven't been on a bike since I was a kid. I've seen so many mixed reviews but I'll tell this, I'm 285lbs of love and this bike pushes me with no problems. I normally use PAS2 going out to the trails and PAS3-5 when I'm on my way back home. I can travel to work and back with no issues. I'm not in shape whatsoever and I was able to get 21mi total and only used 3 bars mainly in PAS3-4 and using the throttle when taking off. Even with that being said, Lectric you have to get a better battery. Not that this one is bad, it's great even with my weight. There has to be a way. This almost replaces my vehicle. Oh and while you can probably get 100+ mi. on PAS1 you're probably not going to use it much, if at all.
Still on the learning phase but I love it. I got knee problems and cannot do any exercises. But with this bicycle I can have my exercise without any pain after the ride.
this is a great bike, best value in ebikes
I love my bikes. We bought 2 xp premium and the 3.0 long range. Great value, good quality, awsome range, and great customer service. We took a 30 mile ride hardly peddled used less than half the charge. Folding parts work great. Hard to beat.
