My wife and I love the two we bought.

A guard for the derailleur was bent in shipping. I cannot shift past 4th gear, but I have not done any pedaling past 3nd gear so it really has not effected riding. I'm still searching for places to ride. Even thinking of using a bike to run errands is going to take some getting used to.

Hi there, oh no! Luckily, this guard is meant to be able to take a hit and protect the derailleur of course. You can use a flat screwdriver to pull the guard away from the derailleur and straighten it out with some leverage. Let us know if you need any troubleshooting help!

Bike is well made. The fit and finish is excellent. Motor does not engage smoothly enough. Bike surges when motor engages.
