Sent with missing washer on lower pulley wheel for derailer. Most likely when they install the chain, dropped the washer and never put it back on. Checked out torque on nuts and bolts. Everything was fine, spokes were tight. Assembly was simple.

Sharp designs, lots of security features like ign lock and battery lock out mechanisms. Plenty of power and sturdy frame yet smooth ride. Premium headlight is ineffective. Wheels , tires , and especially brake rotors have runout issues and too noisy. Bike shop was impressed with bike overall ,but poor brakes bring down score ,and shop could not remedy radial run out issues or noisy brakes which I will need to upgrade. Yes I’d probably buy another one especially if upgrades made. Strange that modern aspect is top notch , yet basic bike parts are substandard . The amount of compliments I receive on its looks is very impressive apparently even from random people !

This is one of the best purchases I've ever made. You can pedal at whatever exertion level is most comfortable for you and the motor does the rest. It really shines when going uphill. On a regular bike, you'd have to drop to first gear to strain and sweat while moving very slowly. But on an ebike, you can just increase the pedal assist power and conquer inclines just as easily as you were on a flat road. I've been using it for trips all around my area to save on gasoline. Just traveling outdoors around my area, I've discovered some beautiful local locations that I never knew were there. I totally love Lectric ebikes and have been recommending them to everyone!
