Refund policy

Returns and Cancellations
You may cancel your order for a full refund up until the time you receive your shipment confirmation email with tracking information. If you cancel after such receipt, you are responsible for a return shipping fee. In addition, the original shipping fee we incurred to send the product(s) to you will not be refunded (even when “free” shipping is advertised). Our policy is that all sales are final. Unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or exchange for a cancellation after the product(s) has or have been shipped.
We can only refund in Canadian dollars up to the full amount of your original purchase as shown in Canadian dollars at the time of such purchase.
To be eligible for a return, (a) your item must be unused and in the same condition as it was when you received it and (b) there must be a good reason for the return (as determined by us). In addition, the item must be in the original packaging. You may be charged a restocking fee of up to $300 at our sole discretion for any returns or exchanges.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or other proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to us until we have authorized the return in writing, as it likely will be refused.
To return a product, you should send it with all charges pre-paid to: Velofix Holdings Ltd. 1632 West 6th Ave, Vancouver BC, V6J 1R3[]. You will be responsible for arranging and paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a product refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. We reserve the right to withhold up to the full value of the refund if we determine that the returned product is in poor condition upon our receipt. A restocking fee of up to $300 may be applied. The returned product will not be eligible for return if it has been in your possession for 14 days or, if it is an eBike, it has been ridden.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a reasonable number of days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if we believe that they are or may be severely defective or extremely damaged. If you believe you may be eligible for an exchange or replacement, please email support at contact@lectricebikes.com.
Mistaken Orders
If you order an item by mistake, each cancellation, return, refund and exchange is subject to this Policy.
Prior Orders
If you have ordered an item from Lectric prior to the last revised date of this Policy as stated above, your order is subject to the Refunds Policy that was effective as of the date of your purchase, which can be requested from contact@lectricebikes.com.
Accessories and Apparel
Accessories and apparel are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
