As a 310 lb 6’2” man I was pretty worried that the bike would be to small and no power. I was very wrong ! My wife and myself both have the xp4 750. We live in Ohio and are very close to New Philadelphia towpath that leads to Cleveland Ohio. It’s been one of the best investments we have made for our health and just to enjoy this beautiful country side

I initially got the bike because I'm a heavy person that was having breathing issues on my cruiser and almost impossible to pull the trailer with a 4 year old and I wanted to ride with my kids. Every aspect aside from how heavy the bike is is just amazing. The delivery and set up was super easy for someone who has never even changed a tire before. I'm glad I watched the video before unboxing so I didn't mess up something or drop the battery. Once we got it set up we couldn't wait to start riding despite it being cold and rainy. Everyone was having fun. We ended up taking it on the frozen road with a sled tube in an empty parking lot and had a lot of fun. Since it's warmed up, we enjoy just riding the neighborhood and going to the library and recently I've starting taking the kids to school and going to work on it. The days I ride to work, I get there a little clammy but not soaked in sweat but I have a much better day, with more energy, I'm awake, and enjoying the nice weather so my mood is good. I keep the bike in my office and it's fine out of the way. I'm bonding with my kids, we are enjoying going "super sonic" as my 5 year old says, and we are all getting exercise and fresh air. I also have no problem hauling my kid and a cousin in the trailer. No longer out of breath, just smiling from the fun and squeals. I really want to get some more accessories but I'm waiting for a sale because they add up, but looking forward to doing more when I can get them.

I bought an XP4 bike and an XP Trike 2. Overall great bikes but a couple issues right out of the box making them unsafe to ride. I have an email into customer service so we will see how/when they respond. The bike has an issue with the seat shaft that lets it twist every time I pedal. Not the adjustable clamp but the shaft itself is twisting. On the trike, it showed up with a badly bent rear wheel. Did not appear to have been damaged in shipping, based on the condition of the box, so appears to have been bent before shipping but anything is possible I guess. A bit disappointing that we can really use them until fixed but at least it’s still not prime reading season yet. Hopeful that this will be corrected quickly.

Awesome bike having a blast on it my brother-in-law and I go out just about every day for a real nice ride. Glad I bought it well worth it.
