Get The Most Out of Every Mile
Want to keep your rides powered up and worry-free? Understanding your eBike’s battery is one of the easiest ways to ride smarter and go farther. While it’s tempting to rely on the basic battery bars on your display, there’s more happening behind the scenes. Learning how to monitor your battery voltage gives you a clearer, more accurate picture of how much range you really have left — especially on longer rides, in cold weather, or when carrying extra cargo.
In this video, we’ll walk you through how to read your battery voltage, what those numbers actually mean, and how they relate to your overall range.
Whether you’re commuting to work, cruising the neighborhood, or heading out for an all-day adventure, knowing how to read your battery like a pro helps you plan confidently and avoid unexpected surprises. Press play and get the most out of every mile.
The steps to check battery voltage are the same across all Lectric displays. Once the display is powered on, simply tap the power button twice to view voltage. All Lectric eBikes use 48V battery systems, so the voltage guide remains consistent: approximately 54–52V is near full charge, and around 40V indicates the battery is depleted.
