Lectric e bikes really stand by their products. I have a trike that had a light and tail light issue where the lights came on then shut right off. I had wad shipped the parts needed very quickly. Problem is resolved. If you are looking for a E Bike this is the brand to go with. I have E Bike by another company it doesn’t match Lectric’s products quality.
