Our test rides are unguided, however if requested, one of our staff can join.
We begin by asking you which model you would like to test ride. Next we provide a walk-through of all the features and how to properly operate the bicycle. Lastly, we provide a helmet and safety waiver. These are required for a test ride. You are more than welcome to bring your own gear or helmet if you prefer.
We ask you that you leave your state identification with a team member before the ride begins.
Take your test ride around the surrounding business park, where you'll have plenty of space to get comfortable on the bike, try out its features, and experience the ride for yourself.
No appointments needed! Walk-in at any time during the posted hours.
We serve customers on a first come, first serve basis. During peak hours, there may be a small wait time, but there's plenty to explore! Check out our bike displays, compare different models, and browse the store while you wait.
Test Rides are completely free and our pleasure!

Formerly located at the Lectric eBikes headquarters in Phoenix, the new Lectric Rides store offers even more ways to experience eBikes in person, including test rides, retail shopping, expert eBike service, accessories, open-box Lectric eBikes, and exclusive in-store deals.
