- This sleeve insulates the battery for better performance in cold temperatures.
- Install the Thermal Sleeve around the down tube of your eBike in seconds with a convenient velcro strip.
- Waterproof neoprene material helps prevent moisture build-up.
- Slots on the back of the sleeve allow you to use the frame accessory bosses on your eBike with the Thermal Sleeve installed.
- Pair the Thermal Sleeve with our Winter Handlebar Covers so you can take on cold conditions with ease!
⚠️ Warning: Waterproof material does not mean this product is rated as waterproof. Do not keep the thermal sleeve installed if water has gotten under the sleeve surrounding the battery.

I bought the sleeve not so much for the thermal properties but to keep dust and dirt out of the battery compartment with the battery removed during winter storage and during bike transport.
