I bought these to turn my XP4 into a cargo bike. These are very sturdy. They also come in handy as a place to grab onto to lift the bike. I also bought the bags that go with these and they’re very well-made and come in very handy..

We have bought two eBikes, the X4 and the Expedition 2.0 Dual Battery versions. We bought mirrors, the cargo package and today we will be receiving phone mounts, oh and we also bought the pannier bags. Every single product is solid and well built. Every single interaction with customer service has been completely outstanding with each interaction going above and beyond the standard of today's normal companies.

When I was deciding which accessory to add to my bike package, def landed on the cargo package. I needed the ability to carry a little bit of cargo but not too much that it would turn this into a "cargo bike." Something that still keeps the bike light and nimble but gives me options when I decide to swing by the grocery store on the ride home. I decided not to add the front rack (yet) because it would add more weight and make it very challenging to fold up. The back rack does add to the footprint, especially when folding but still, very necessary imo.
