Weighs about 4 lbs. Heavy duty. I added the after market plate that fits in it. Do venture off grid without it!

Good sturdy cage that fits with the bottom platform support and the Lectric small bag. I installed signal lights on each front corner of the cage and matched the back big cage with similar signal lights. I put on high visibility 3M tape all around the top and bottom of the cage.

This is a nice,well made and affordable basket. Should have gotten it at the same time as bike purchase. Great for use with small backpack dog carrier for our Yorkie Dicey. Just have to get used to it not turning wheen the wheel is turned 😉
