    Excellent Customer Service

    I have had very few issues with my three Lectric bikes, but when I do I can rely on the support center responding quickly and resolving any problems and questions I have. The time support spent on creating a multitude of instructional videos can usually answer any question about repairs, maintenance, mods, and riding.

    new tube

    New tube arrived quickly. My son installed it for me & I finally got to ride my Christmas present for the first time. My spring, summer, fall will now be complete with rides everyday that it doesn't rain!
