- All Lectric eBikes come with a 48V lithium-ion battery. Spare batteries can be purchased as a backup to, or a replacement for, the original battery.
- Batteries simply slide into the eBike frame and are easily installed and removed.
- Most batteries can be charged in 8-9 hours using 2A amperage.
- Spare batteries will arrive in a separate package and do not include a charger.
NOTE: Riders should become familiar with their average battery use based on typical weight load, terrain, weather, and other conditions.

Recently purchased my third E bike from electric. Love other bikes, but very impressed with the XP 4.. my wife and I have been doing extended three day weekend trips all around Michigan. Pentwater last weekend, Petoskey, Michigan this weekend and the following weekend will be Traverse City. Just a real plus having the secondary battery so you do not have to worry about running a little short, petal power via electric. My wife and I pedal pretty much 100% of the time but at seven it’s always nice having that uphill help.

Spare battery will come in handy for the long rides, a little bit of comfort knowing I can return without the anxiety of having no bars left of power. Ran out of battery onetime riding in Cape Cod on a different make of E-bike, 7 miles from the starting point, don't want this to happen again. I will always have this spare battery with me.
