- All Lectric eBikes come with a 48V lithium-ion battery. Spare batteries can be purchased as a backup to, or a replacement for, the original battery.
- Batteries simply slide into the eBike frame and are easily installed and removed.
- Most batteries can be charged in 8-9 hours using 2A amperage.
- Spare batteries will arrive in a separate package and do not include a charger.
NOTE: Riders should become familiar with their average battery use based on typical weight load, terrain, weather, and other conditions.

Recently purchased my third E bike from electric. Love other bikes, but very impressed with the XP 4.. my wife and I have been doing extended three day weekend trips all around Michigan. Pentwater last weekend, Petoskey, Michigan this weekend and the following weekend will be Traverse City. Just a real plus having the secondary battery so you do not have to worry about running a little short, petal power via electric. My wife and I pedal pretty much 100% of the time but at seven it’s always nice having that uphill help.

I love my XP4 750 step-thru e bike. She is perfect in every way. There is nothing wrong with her current battery and my mileage is great. I just wanted to have a spare battery so when spring comes, my bike and I can hit the trails and not have to worry about whether I'm going to have enough charge for the next day's ride. Since my bike is sleeping thru the New England winter, I have the batteries stored in my basement and can check their voltage every month making sure they stay around 50.
I am over 70 and I am so very pleased with my bike and all of her accessories. The pedal assist in touring mode is perfect for me and the throttle is there for the hills and stops when I need extra power. The pricing of the bike and size were exactly what I was looking for. I can't wait for spring.

The batteries are a great product, but I do not like the fact that they all have different keys. A customer should be able to get the same key for all their batteries. We have 2 bike and 4 different keys. That is a lot to keep track of, plus if you add the bike lock, that is 2 more keys.
