We recently purchased 2 - 750 bikes. The ease of setup was great. The fenders and rear rack were already installed making my job easier. The seats are very comfortable. The bikes are sturdy and built with quality. We love them!

When I received my 750 Step-Thru eBike, I was pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful packaging and clear instructions. After watching the assembly video, I found that everything was intact except for the front tire and fender—which were incredibly easy to install.

As an older woman, I unboxed the bike entirely on my own without any strain, and I was delighted to see all the additional features and gifts already installed. It was a seamless experience from start to finish!

I recently took the bike out for a 10-mile ride, and I must say, it performed beautifully. Even in pedal assist mode (without using the throttle), the wattage bar didn’t budge. I kept a steady pace of 11 to 12 mph, only slowing down for others on the trail. The seat and adjustable handlebars made the ride exceptionally comfortable, and I was thrilled that I felt no aches or discomfort afterward.

This eBike has truly exceeded my expectations, and I’ve recommended it—and your company—to everyone I know!

Bike arrived on predicted date undamaged. Very little assembly required which was most appreciated.

Only ridden about 100 miles so far, but have been very satisfied.

Good value and lots of free upgrades. What’s not to like?

This is a great e-bike for seniors. Easy smooth ride with long range. Controls are close at hand and work perfectly. The hydraulic brakes work with little effort and stop the bike quickly. There is plenty of power and the bike steers straight. We easily can do 15 miles on a ride with plans for longer rides soon. Range should exceed 40 miles. Assembly was no problem and took about an hour. Charging is a little slow but as long as you plan ahead the bike will always be ready for a ride. All the free accessories were welcomed but the pannier bags and phone holders were excellent. Also a nice feature are the puncture resist tires with slime which should minimize any downtime for flats. Test drives at the Utopia showroom were appreciated and gave us a feel for how the bike would ride and handle. All the associates there were very helpful and accommodating. Very happy with the 2-750’s we purchased and the Lectric brand.

I'm glad i purchased this bike. It rides comfortably. It's fast and it even looks cool! Great job on this build Letric! ☺️
