We shopped for over a year and after reading reviews, talking to e-bike owners and trying out many types of e-bikes we chose the XPress. AND WE ARE NOT DISAPPOINTED! This bike has and does it all. Our sons put it together within minutes and took it out for a spin. I was not sure they would give it back. Great ride! We also ordered the step thru for me and I am like a little kid at Christmas. Cannot wait for it to arrive so I can open it up.

The sale made it possible for us to make the purchase, and we did the motor upgrade as we camp a lot.

Customer Service is responsive. Quality bike. I have a feeling we will be buying these for our kids too.

I had to wait a while for my bike, once I placed the order, but once it finally arrived I set it up (which, even for a first timer, if you follow directions exactly) is easy. and took it out for my first ride, it's even more fun than I hoped for. From the color "dashboard" to the great adjustable seat and handlebars, my 500 wh bike has more than enough power to get me up the steepest hills in my hilly area. I only weigh 125 pounds though, so a much larger person might want the 750 wh motor. I only have about 40 miles on the odometer so far, but the battery is still working off of the original full charge. Pretty impressive! All in all, I'd say this bike compares to others I considered for up to three time the cost, and I couldn't be happier with it (and Lectric's great customer service staff too). FIVE STARS!

I’m 67 yrs old and I’ve had both shoulders and both knees replaced and I’ve been riding non e-bikes for a few years. Normally after riding 10 miles my knees and shoulders get pretty sore. After my first ride on the Xpress I have a whole new outlook on bicycling. No more strain on my shoulders or knees. I look forward to going on a ride everyday. The torque sensor is amazing and my riding position is the most comfortable I’ve ever experienced. We always ride hard surface bike trails and it’s great for those. This is the perfect ebike for my purpose. I ordered the same bike for my wife and she’s excited for it to get here. We are both looking forward to taking many more rides. Thanks Lectric

This bike is amazing, I'm averaging 45-52 miles every ride with how I ride. The 750 hub is plenty of power to get up hills with no hesitation. I use this ebike to get back and forth to work (wish I had bought the bag for the rack) and for leisure on my day's off. I'm very happy with the Lectric brand and I'm glad I researched for months different ebikes before just jumping at the first Ebike I thought was cool. Customer service has been great and responsive when I've reached out through email. I will definitely buy another Lectric brand ebike. Deciding between the XP2.0 fat tire or the XP4 750. Great job with the Lectric Express 750 high step.
