My daughter was gifted an XP 2.0 from her grandfather about 11 mos. ago and has loved the bike. She also rides BMX at our local track and has been for 3 years now, she puts her XP 2.0 up to the same trails and this bike takes it with no issues. Recently her power (on/off) electrical switch has broken at the pivot point, customer service warrantied this piece without any problems. Spoke to Rahim and he immediately had a replacement switch in the mail, great customer service !!!! Thru the entire process Rahim assured me that this company values it's customer base and takes steps to exceed customer expectations thru it's products. Highly recommend and would absolutely purchase another bike.

The fact I can confidently fold and go anywhere is amazing as a woman not needing anyone's help or having a rack is worth every penny to me
I have to give props to Lectric for the outstanding quality and performance
I don't feel like its going to break even off roading it the upgraded suspension greatly appreciated for trail rides
I will note that one of the left pedal is much harder to fold that the right but the box was heavily damaged during transport but customer service is incredible they sent me a courtesy item and paint pen so if this becomes a issue I'm sure they can fix it some how or suggest a oil I can try
Either way I'm very happy with my 3.0. 😁

Consider me a grouchy old man who hasn't been on a bike since 1981! Despite this fact I did the unthinkable and bought an e-bike, but not just any e-bike but I think the best value I could get, the Lectric EX 3.0! So this grouchy old man is tearing up the roads and outrunning the dogs! Loving it and maybe I'll lose my title of grouchy old man and just become old goat 🐐! I just have to get my bike legs back up to speed (today I did 16miles in 50 minutes) and then I'll be commuting the 35 miles to work when the weather gets better.
Feeling younger everyday and I owe it to my 3.0!
