After just one afternoon with the bike, I can already tell you that this is the #1 electric bike I will recommend to anyone shopping on a tight budget... a quality offering at a super low price.
Lectric did a really good thing here by making this eBike a lot lighter, smaller, and more suited for those who are going to be using this bike for commuting.
A street demon with ably fast acceleration and nimbleness… this is the most late 80s early 90s classic fun I think that I’ve had on an eBike.
This is my first e-bike and I couldn’t be happier with it. It’s compact, light-weight, and has plenty of power!
It's been close to 300miles of riding now and haven't had any issues with the bike. This is my first bike in a long while and first time I'm commuting via biking. But it was pretty easy switch even with the lack of bike infrastructure where I'm at. The set-up video and little instruction sheets that come with the accessories were all clear and concise. When I got into an accident once, the customer service team was quick to respond and help in getting me a replacement HUD. They're super helpful so if you aren't sure about something, give them a shout
I ride 7 miles to work and up steep hills too. I charge the battery under my desk and ride seven miles back. I purchased an extra charger and charge when I get home. Well actually, I purchased another xp-lite because after my wife tried it she wanted one, so I use that charger for work. Level 4 pedal assist seems to be the sweet spot. I’m six foot tall, 200 pounds and fit comfortably on the bike. I purposely got the lite version because it folds easy to bring on the bus. trolley, or a car backseat or trunk. As long as you got a good rain jacket and pants riding in the rain is no problem. I recommend getting the fenders for riding in the rain too. I lock my bike up outside and if it is a rainy day I have a bicycle cover ready. Anyways, this review is after I put 400 miles on it. I know there are more powerful bikes out there and I easily could have gotten one double the cost, but I like the idea of a lite bike, and I’m really am happy with it!
Having a blast- love XP lite in blue and love the lightness and the folding, has plenty of power and fit the budget best of all…I learned Thru process that if i could do it over again, I would buy all accessories immeadiately with the bike and buy everything you think will ever need. But I also learned that waiting for Black Friday could have saved me even more money, but, no regrets because I had my fun begin sooner. Chas in Cypress, Ca.
Terrific!!! Better than I imagined! This is a great company with a real Quality product!!
