NOTE: The Suspension Seat Post for step-thru eBikes is a different length than the Suspension Seat Post for mid-step or high-step eBikes. Please ensure the correct seat post is selected for your Lectric eBike model.
When inserting the seat post into the seat tube, the minimum seat height will be raised approximately 3”.

Great although I am right at the max weight for the suspension seat post it works great and gives that comfortable ride as advertised
LELectric eBikes®1 year agoHi there! Just so you know, you can adjust the suspension "give" pretty easily! If you're ever bottoming out, you can adjust the tension or even lock it out! 1. Remove the cap located at the bottom of the suspension Seatpost by spinning in a counterclockwise motion. 2. Use a 12 mm Allen key to loosen or tighten the tension of the suspension coil. You can test the suspension by pushing down on the Seatpost. 3.
