    Jury is still out.

    Upon receiving the bike, which came in within a week i was quite happy. During assembly the from tire wouldn’t inflate. It had a good size hole in it. As big as it was i was surprised it wasn’t caught at the factory. I contacted lectric and they shipped out a new one. While waiting on that one. I purchased a new tube from a bike shop. I rode the bike approximately 3 miles in total. The next day i found the back tire was flat.

    A few videos later, i was able to remove and replace the back tube with the one sent me. This one had a hole on the inseam. I’ve contacted lectric again with pictures and still haven’t heard a thing(over a month now) as to if they are replacing it. The bike is nice. New tubes working good.

    Strong tubes

    The bikes we bought are great however one got a flat shortly after we bought them. I called the customer service people and they actually suggested that since the leak was on the side of the tube near the stem they would replace it for free. I was amazed most companies wouldn’t do this. So I purchased another tube for the future as well as the tannus armor inserts.
