I purchased this Raindrop Blue bike online for my wife. I had purchased a Tempest Gray XP4 750 ST for me at a local bike shop two weeks earlier. I believe the bike shop did a pre-delivery adjustment for my derailleur and I have not needed further adjustment since and I have 150 miles on my bike.
My wife’s XP4 had issues shifting out-of-the-box so I used the Park Tools video to aid me in making necessary adjustments to her derailleur, It has worked flawlessly since and she now has around 40 miles on her bike.
We thoroughly enjoy riding our XP4s! I’m finding using the various pedal assist levels and all of the gears easy and efficient. Pedaling up steep hills in Turbo mode is fantastic. So far we’ve had no issues with tires or inner tubes (knock on wood). We’re looking forward to hundreds of more miles as we bike local trails and as we transport the bikes across country with our camper van.

Bike is as described and thus far has been a blast to ride. I still need to figure out the battery range I can achieve due to the hilly roadways I travel.

My husband and I recently got the XP4 ebikes. Being seniors and not bike riders, we are pleasantly surprised at how much fun we have with our bikes.
I had an issue removing the battery and the customer service we received from Jana was outstanding. She went above and beyond in quickly getting a mobile technician to our house to to take care of our issue and make sure everything checked out to safely drive it.
