This is one of the best purchases I’ve ever made. I think there’s some flaws and we will get to that later. This has made my daily commuting around NYC so much easier. I barely drive my car anymore because of the bike. The power is great for any situation, especially going over the bridges. Bike seems to be very durable and sturdy, 350 miles in and no issues yet. I already punctured my tire and i didn’t even have to get it replaced. The flat proof tires really are flat proof. When riding at night the headlight does seem to drain the battery kind of significantly. The bike is quite heavy and can be difficult to bring up and down the stairs because i keep it in my spare bedroom. Folding the bike makes it a lot easier to carry and store. I think it’s odd that a bell is not standard on the bike, it’s like a car without a horn, a safety issue, and needs to be purchased separately. My main issue is the battery range. I have the long range battery and if you’re expecting 45+ miles you can forget about it. I think 30-35 miles with a maximum of 40 is realistic. If you read the fine print the bike is tested on flat ground and doesn’t take any inclines into account. Obviously in the real world there are hills everywhere, especially where i live. Also if you have the headlight on at night you will be getting less range as well. Overall a great purchase and I’m happy i did it. Would recommend this bike.

I was skeptical at first, but after around 10 miles, I love this bike! I bought the XP 3.0 with the baskets. My wife and I both love it. I have a friend that rode it, and he's getting one too.

I love my new ride ♥️. A word of advice to people like me, slowly follow instructions on video before unfolding your bike. The battery cover will be damaged if you don't remove the protective cover.
Suggestions: it would be nice to have paper manual instructions included with the bike just in case people have tech problems finding videos online.
