We are back again with another Beast Philanthropy update! Over the past years, we have been able to collaborate with the Beast Philanthropy Team on many amazing projects like powering a remote island in Columbia, rebuilding an orphanage in South Africa, building a school in Cameroon, and even helping out the Hopi Tribe here in Arizona! With overwhelming support from our riders we have been able to continue this amazing collaboration and are committed to aiding those who need it the most.
We are happy to announce our next chapter in our efforts and help renovate and fund Dora Moono Nyambe's Mapapa School in Zambia, Africa with the help of Beast Philanthropy!
---
Last year, the Beast Philanthropy Team visited Mapapa in rural Zambia to help Dora Moono Nyambe and her children in “We Powered A Village”, where they built a solar array with help from the Give Power Foundation providing the village with much-needed electricity.
For a lot of the children, this was their first time seeing light at night. Despite the many challenges Dora and her community still faced, she stayed resilient in her efforts to support others. When the Beast Team notified us that they would be returning this year and we immediately wanted to provide additional funds to increase the team's previous contributions.
With this collaboration, the team was able to triple Dora’s solar capacity, conduct a hydrological survey to provide a proper clean-water well, purchase her a new more reliable car, install a new Starlink internet network, and much more.
We wholeheartedly believe that selfless service is a disruptive force for good. Dora is an incredibly kind and caring person who has directly impacted the lives of many. She embodies that fact that change starts with just one person. Her commitment to her village is admirable and she challenges all to be a force for positive change in their own communities.
If you would like to support Dora and her community directly, her project be found on GoFundMe here. Funds raised here will go to feeding and clothing the children she supports.
