Official Rules:

1. Entries will be reviewed anonymously and winners will be chosen beginning on 07/09/2023 and shall cease on 12/31/2023, or when all e-bikes have been allocated.
2. By entering, you give Lectric eBikes ("Lectric) permission to use your publicly posted in the Lectric eBikes Newsletter, e-mails, website, printed materials, social media websites (Facebook, Twitter, etc.), and any other promotional materials distributed by Lectric eBikes. Slight video alterations may be made by our staff in order to fit our site, marketing materials, or email newsletters properly. Entry does not guarantee inclusion on Lectric eBikes channels.
3. Lectric eBikes and/or Beast Philanthropy reserve the right to modify, terminate or suspend any submission period at any time for any reason.
4. Entries must be submitted by the original photographer/videographer. Do not submit a video taken by someone other than yourself. You must be the sole owner of the copyright of any video submitted. Your submission of the video and entry form is your guarantee that you are the author and copyright holder of the video.
5. These terms and conditions shall inure to the benefit of and be binding upon the parties and their heirs, representatives, successors, and assigns.
6. By submitting this form, entrant grants Lectric eBikes and/or Beast Philanthropy staff the right to publish publicly submitted video(s), entrant's name, and name and/or location of the subject of the video. Entrants represent and warrant that their entries are original to them, have not been previously published and do not infringe upon the rights of any third party.
7. Each entrant acknowledges that he or she has read, understands and will abide by all official rules shown here.
8. The decision of Lectric eBikes and Beast Philanthropy in all matters relating to the rules and administration of this video submission shall be final and binding.

12. Nominations are awarded in the order of submission based on need. Quantity of donated bikes is limited.
13. Official winners will be notified by email, and they will have seven days to claim the giveaway by responding to the email and agreeing to additional terms of acceptance. If the winner(s) does not respond within the allotted timeframe, the offer will expire and replacement winner(s) will be chosen. Additional terms and conditions of acceptance will apply.
14. During the course of this giveaway, contact information may be gathered for the purpose of carrying out the contest and promoting its products. We do not sell information to other parties for any reason. Winner is responsible for all fees and taxes associated with receiving this prize.
15. Information collected from entrants is subject to the Lectric eBikes' Privacy Policy, which can be found at https://lectricebikes.com/policies/privacy-policy. Lectric eBikes and Lectric eBikes' agents, affiliates, subsidiaries, representatives or service providers may use entrants’ and/or referrals’ personal information submitted with entry for purposes of prize fulfillment and/or for future marketing by Lectric eBikes, such as to notify them of a product or promotion that Lectric eBikes thinks may be of interest.
16. Lectric and/or Beast Philanthropy reserve the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be attempting to tamper with or undermine the entry process, the website, and/or the legitimate operation of the giveaway; to violate the official rules; or to act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person. If, for any reason, the giveaway is not capable of running as planned, Lectric and/or Beast Philanthropy may, in their sole discretion, void any suspect entries and (a) cancel or terminate the giveaway (or any portion thereof); (b) modify the giveaway or suspend the giveaway to address the impairment and then resume the giveaway in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these official rules; and/or (c) award the prize at random from among the eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the time of the impairment.
17. This giveaway is governed by the laws of the United States. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these official rules and to Lectric’s and/or Administrator’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the giveaway. Lectric, MrCharity, Inc. d/b/a Beast Philanthropy, nor Beast Philanthropy Productions, LLC shall be responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, stolen, misdirected, or illegible entries; [lost, interrupted, or unavailable network, server, or other connections, garbled transmissions or miscommunications, telephone transmission problems; computer or software malfunctions or damage to a user’s computer equipment (software or hardware);] technical failures; or other errors or malfunctions of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, or otherwise. Proof of sending or submission of entry will not be deemed proof of receipt by Lectric. Lectric eBikes and or Beast Philanthropy's failure to enforce any term of these official rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. 19. By participating, you agree to release Lectric eBikes, MrCharity Inc DBA Beast Philanthropy, and Beast Philanthropy Productions LLC from any and every liability or claim related to this contest.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be 18 years or older to win.
• Must be a legal resident living in the continental United States (excluding territories and Hawaii)
  (the eBikes cannot ship internationally.)
• Must agree to comply at own expense with any license, insurance, or other costs that may be
  incurred.

WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS GIVEAWAY OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE GIVEAWAY MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW, AND, SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, LECTRIC eBIKES RESERVES THE RIGHT TO PROSECUTE AND SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
